Mum’s Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The Mum’s Day Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees of the organizing entity and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. Entry Period: The Giveaway entry period begins on April 29, 9:00 AM (GMT) and ends on May 2, 11:00 PM (GMT).
  3. How to Enter: Participants can enter the Giveaway through two methods:
    • Method 1: Through Facebook comments – Visit and like the official Facebook page, then comment on the designated “paint and sip” post, explaining why their mum is the greatest and tag their mum in the comment. Five (5) winners will be randomly selected from these comments.
    • Method 2: Through Facebook form – Complete the entry form provided on the official Facebook page. Five (5) winners will be randomly selected from the entries received through the form.
  4. Prize Details: Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected to receive a double pass to the paint and sip session valued at $55 each pass. The paint and sip session will be held on Saturday, May 4th, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Jive Cafe Located Opposite Onaki Sushi.
  5. Session Details:
    • Date: Saturday, May 4th, 2024
    • Time: 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM
    • Location: Jive Cafe, Hollywood Plaza
  6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be chosen through random draws held on Friday, May 3rd, before noon. Notification of the winners will be made through our Facebook page on May 3rd. Winners must confirm their attendance by 4 pm on Friday, May 3rd. In case a winner does not respond within the given timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
  7. Identification: Winners must bring a valid form of identification to the paint and sip session for verification purposes.
  8. Additional Terms:
    • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
    • By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
    • Hollywood Plaza reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
    • All decisions related to the Giveaway, including the selection of winners, are final and binding.
  9. Privacy: Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
